Financial Services Malcolm ShepherdRecently arrived back in New Zealand from Australia where he has resided since early 2000. He has an extensive background in excess of 10 years in the financial services industry. His main focus areas have been in Residential & Commercial Lending, Mortgage Origination, Financial Planning, Risk Management, Structured Finance, Venture Capital & Superannuation. Malcolm uses his experience and industry renowned training program to assist clients in providing a complete, professional financial solution and a factually compiled strategy. Malcolm has completed an IPAC certified course “Introduction to Financial Planning” and is in the process of completing his Diploma in Business Studies endorsed Personal Financial Planning with Massey University. Malcolm is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA).

I oversee the operations of the Mortgage and Risk team at World Wise Financial Services www.world-wise.co.nz which is a family owned business that specialises in Financial Planning, Mortgages & Risk Management.
How can you help goodGround users?
We not only have access to the majority of the major banks in New Zealand we also have the ability to obtain funding through private lenders and in some cases off shore investors. On last count we had over 100 sources of funding and because of my structured finance background it makes sense to consult us even after obtaining an approval from your trading bank. Why you may ask… simple answer is your bank will only tell you about what they do but will tell you very little about what their competitors offer so by consulting us 9 times out of 10 we will negotiate a better deal for you or at least keep your bank on their toes!
We take the guessing game away and give you many more options which doesn’t require you using your precious time trying to source the solution as we will do it for you and in many cases for FREE!
