Jan’s love of the north brought her back to the region 5 years ago after a 7 year stint in Auckland. While she thoroughly enjoyed selling real estate in Titirangi, the plan had always been to return to the North. As the top salesperson, in the company, her success allowed the move to come far sooner than expected.
She and her partner moved their businesses to the Bream Bay property. A large shed was built, followed by major alterations and an addition to the existing home, along with the planting of an orchard and the acquisition of stock. During this time, Jan mentored, coached and trained salespeople.
The daughter of a builder, Jan has always had an active interest in architecture. The ability to draw, read and understand plans has proved invaluable to her real estate career.
