I had the pleasure of dealing with Buyers Agents Martin Albrecht and Tim Dow of goodGround Real Estate during the purchase of my coastal home in the Bay of Islands, NZ.

I’m an expat Kiwi living in Singapore and had been looking to buy a home in New Zealand for about 18 months. In April this year, I found a beautiful home with superb ocean views for sale by negotiation in Te Ngaere Bay.

After the house settled, I paid them a fee based on the savings I made. Goodground also took care of all the due diligence, arranged all the reports I needed and generally did all the running around I couldn’t do up here in Singapore. Eventually they ended up saving me $50,000 (after fees).
