Waipu Cove
Yes, if you’ve lived in Northland for any length of time, you’ll have heard of the magical Waipu Cove. This simply breath-taking bay is one of Bream Bay’s most stunning beaches, with powder-soft white sand and blooming pohutukawa trees in the Christmas season. Also a popular fishing spot, this beach is well-known to be a hotspot for catching gurnard, kahawai and snapper.
